slide plate for mounting various tool on the disassembly table MSD-SP: The slide plates are predrilled for all our tooling options and are supplied with a set of  “L” clamps.
disassembly table with optional power unit and control console MSD-D-PU  The standard MS&D disassembly table has the option of a built in power unit. The power unit consists of a 40 gal. reservoir , 15hp. 3 phase motor and starter, a 2 stage gear pump that will develop 15 gpm and 3500psi. This power unit can be used to power the “Nut Buster” and pressure test cylinders being repaired. (Single phase motors and smaller motor/pump combinations are options.)

MSD-D-15EP  Machinery Service & Design has developed an “Economy Starter Package” including a Disassembly/Assembly Bench and tooling at a very affordable price. In response to the many requests for a starter package that can be upgraded as your business grows we have put together a starter package that includes a 15 ft. economy table, 20K Nut Buster, set of standard hex plates, 2 slide plates and a standard adjustable brace tool.
